Kaitūhono/Connector Services

Our Kaitūhono or Connectors are people who understand the disability support system. They can help you to find your dream, make a plan and connect with your local community.

Our service is built on Enabling Good Lives and Whāia Te Ao Mārama. Many of our Kaitūhono are disabled people.

Our services are free and available to eligible people in the MidCentral region (Palmerston North) only. Other Kaitūhono services are available in other regions.

How does it work?

Providing information on this form is entirely optional, and we are happy to meet in person or another way that better meets your needs if you prefer. We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure online file system and database and only allowing core My Life My Voice team members to access it. We will always seek your consent before sharing the information on with any other persons or organisation. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
